We're now in the Character development stage. We have our lead character- a war hero from Iraq now living under a bridge. We have La Llorona. Let's develop who these characters are, what they want and what stands in their way. There can be other characters involved if you'd like, however, just keep in mind that this is a short script...not a feature script. So lets keep it simple, interesting, and especially SCARY AS HECK.
